At present the number of traders in our country has increased a lot. Corona can be considered as the main reason for this. Many workers have lost their jobs because of the corona virus. And at that time the recruitment was stopped. Due to which many people have started doing business. People of all ages are now interested in business. But as the businessman grows, so does the problem. The reason for saying this is that I went to visit my village home about a month ago. Most of the people in our village work in agriculture. The people there love tea very much.
So there are only 45 tea shops in the market of that area. Of which more than 30 new ones have been opened. Moreover, the number of other stores has also increased. Due to which it is seen that most of the people of that village are now starting business. Many of them are highly educated people. Such people have started a different kind of business. But a few days ago I went to our village house again and saw that many people had stopped their business. The main reason for this is that they are not able to make enough profit in business. Due to which they are thinking of closing that business and doing something new and many of them have changed their business. Most of them are middle-aged and educated.
Why have they left the job and become interested in business? First, the number of unemployed has multiplied. And now many do not want to work within the rules. They want to do something independently. That's a good thing. But doing business is not an easy task. When a person joins a new job, he has to face various problems. In the same way a businessman has to face some of the same problems in starting a new business. Many of us think that by investing some money you can start a business. Experience is also required in business field like job. Because there are a few things to keep in mind before starting a business, such as which product is in high demand in the market? How to deal with a customer? How to retain the customer? How to create market demand for this product? Can you survive in the market competition? Much more. But it is not possible to do business by investing money in the hope of making more profit without doing all these things. And this is what new businessmen are doing more. Due to which the amount of the same shop in an area has increased a lot. The size of some population has not increased. Lots of shops but few people. Despite having more goods, traders are not able to sell enough goods.
Another problem is patience. There is no profit in business just by opening a shop. Due to the increase in the number of shops, it is not possible to make enough profit in the business. As a result, those who started the business in the hope of making a profit are thinking of changing the business and many have changed. This is the same work I am looking at in our city. Some young people start a business and close everything after a few days or start a new business. Different businesses have different risks and the amount of leverage varies. Not everyone in business can be equally profitable. Despite having many shops in the same area, some traders can do good business and some traders do not even sell products.
To avoid this type of problem, first know the business you are going to do and then collect. Seek advice from experts. Be patient Check the market. Hire a skilled person in your business. Try to know the needs of the customers. If you want to do big business, take training. Do business in partnership with skilled traders. If you have enough experience then you can start your own business.
