I started 3D design again in 2024 and this is the first time I got an offer to personally design for someone. Basically a few days ago I designed an office. The design is on my blog. So I showed the design to an engineer. He basically does all kinds of work like consultant, construction, design. So he liked my design. Today he suddenly requested me to design an office for one of his clients.
Now he told me the size of the room on the phone, he did not give me any sketch of it. The room is quite big. (21'5" x 18'). Another thing he tells me when entering the room is the window on the right side. Now it's such a small thing so I don't want a separate plan for it. There is no specific client's demand for what to have in the room. I have only been told that whatever is in my previous design should be given in this design.
The task was not that difficult. But I take a lot of time. I did the 3D design with sketchup software and rendered with inscape. The room is for one person so I don't think there is much to give here. I have also seen several designs from the net before. There is only one cabinet in the room that covers the entire back wall. And I don't think more space is needed to store files. Moreover, he can also keep his personal things here. On the right side I have made full glass instead of windows. White flush ceiling above, and all common furniture. And to make it realistic I added some 3D characters. It doesn't look too bad. What do you say? Let's see what comments come from the one for whom I did it. If you have any opinion please let me know.
