I had no plans today to work on the design of this house, and I didn't intend to engage with it at allfor today . I'm quite busy with a family event and I have to continue studying for my own exams. However,my friend urgently sent me the house drawing at 12 AM at night , requesting a 3D design of it.
The design needs to be presented to his client tomorrow. While he designed the 2D house plan at night, He also works in 3D design but he works in 3D Max software. which is time-consuming for this project. Since I work with SketchUp software, which is more efficient for this type of work, I had to take on the task.
It is a three-storey design with dimensions of (50' x 29'). The ground floor is used for garage only and there are two units on the third floor. Although the design covers a large area. It took me a few hours to complete, and while it's not completely finished, the rest of the work is minimal. Since everything is integrated, the rest of the work on one floor is automatically updated. The most time-consuming task was the removal of walls and the application of paint. Fortunately, since no interior work is required, completion won't take long. I expect to finish it tomorrow morning, followed by light rendering Hopefully, the client will be satisfied with the results.
