Cheers from sunny San Diego! This gem is from early April 2018...I was feeling very anxious that particular week till Wednesday I decided to head out to the beach and reconnect w/ nature to ease my anxiety. I took my camera and met this lovely gal whom I asked if she'd be interested in a doing a quick photo shoot.
I'm learning to listen to my anxiety because it can guide me towards my most authentic life. For all you peeps struggling with anxiety, I feel ya. Don't worry so much, because sunny days are in the air!
