Finally I have a proper chat box system this is gonna be very useful in many other game and something I would reccomend someone new to game development to learn early even if it isn't needed at first tought.
Still need to work on the sprite box image for the characthers, I'm not sure if I want a portrait of the talking npc or just his words. I feel like that while is really a nice touch it creates a forth wall crack that I don't like so much.
Next step is to make the interaction belivable in this world, the player is moving a spirit reborn from the graves that cannot interact with his voice so I was thinking of using a fairy controlled via mouse that allow for speach and some other interaction with objects/terrain.
Some color palette test to see how the skyboxes or background can be changed in the varius zones.
Some of this images goes with the mood of these days but it is what it is somethings we still can't change.Hope you enjoys good weekstart!
