The number quoted includes the non-linear curve (so has already been scaled down) but, for the moment, is the gross vote, so hasn't been adjusted to only the author part.

So, overall, I think people's experience of what they receive may be lower than this, but I can't judge everyone's strategy eg self-voting to increase curation rewards. But those rewards we get back do get paid out as weekly income.
