My E30's heat never worked when I bought it and I nailed it down to the heater valve relay being faulty. I tried to swap it out when it was warm, but I wasn't able to get a working relay in time so I got stuck doing this video just when it went from hot to cool. Luckily, I swapped out the relay and I can drive through the winter nice and warm!
