A very good morning, if it is morning right now when you are reading this.
Goedemorgen, wekibunu, Buenos Dias & Goodmorning - Those are the words being uttered in my neighborhood. My "hood' has a lot of working-class who need to wake up early. Let's talk about waking up early. What's early? what is early for you? For me is anything before 4 am or 5 am to be precise. For some 7 am is too early.
Well, are you a morning person then or Nah. I guess I am, I love waking up early and drink hearty yogurt and start working behind my laptop (mostly some freelance design project or personal projects) but then at 11 am or 12, I beget to be lazy and slow -
I lack the motivation to work but after 4pam I get energized to work I feel spirited to work inspired all the way to 7 pm or even 8 and then I relax more knowing I have done much productivity. Maybe I am not so much a noon person.
Keep in mind I did some digging - The Morning person - is a chronotype is a person who rises from sleep fairly easily and is most productive and/or active in the mornings.
If you're a morning person, your brain is most alert in the morning, and you're generally very good at harnessing this energy and focus to get tasks, work, and chores done.
Mhmm, weird, I was not a morning person, back in the schools days I had 5 to 6 alarms just to wake me up to go get the school bus (well after taking a bath) and during the weekends when I was on my computer I would stay up late and be really motivated to continue until 2 or 3 am then go to bed and then had to wake up at least before 9 am because Farm chores needed to be done.
So my "bio clock" changed since I moved to the city. It started with feeling extremely tired after work, which after work I went straight to bed and sleep till half-past 12 in the am. and stay up till let's say 3 am and then go to bed to wake up at 6:30 am.
Nowadays I can't keep my eyes open after 10 pm only have a really deep REM sleep till 4 am which mostly I wake even before the alarm kicks in.
Weird, how we manage our body and how our body changes and trying to adjust. Is it really adjusting or repairing itself? How are you sleeping? Which chronotype are you? Let me know what my changes make you think ...
As always grantangi for reading my post
