A few years back, my country experienced a terrible drought ever. Such a dry season was last experienced in the 60's, according to storytellers. It took a lot from us; we had no harvest in the fields, many of our animals died and we encountered starvation thereafter, accompanied by a variety of diseases.
Last season was much better, in fact, it was one of the best seasons in many years. Our prosperity returned to us in agriculture production and we thought all was good.
This season has been the most inconsistent one ever. There have been times of massive rain and hope, there have been times of scotching heats and terrible dry times. The latest evasion to this season is torrents of rains and hail storms.
We are experiencing one of the most terrible times ever, as in the stormy rains we have seen, the hurricanes and the hail storms.
There has been the worst hailstorm ever experienced. This happened on Thursday, 15 March 2018, it was a repeat of the one that occurred a week earlier.
Many cars and houses were left without window panes,
People died in flood accidents

This happened in Mount Moorosi, a place in the far South of Lesotho, in the district of Quthing. This events gave us a fright and we cannot help living in fear of what could come next. Each time rain clouds gather, we fear for our lives and it is a pity, we cannot hide under our house roofs as there have been many roofs blown away in the wind already.
There is no doubt that the problem of climate change has come to haunt us and is not going anywhere anytime soon. The question is, what will come next?
