your day was up and down like the roller coaster. Finally good thing it ended in harmony.

I admire people who ride roller coasters, they scare me, the times I have ridden them it has been because I have been carried away by the excitement of the group I am with, however deep in my heart I prefer to watch others ride.

I like that plate of food.
