For this round of the Reflection Hunters Contest i have a few photos of the glass facade of an electricity transformer station catching and reflecting the midday sun for you to enjoy. It is one of the rather new buildings in the area around the „Hauptbahnhof“ called „Europacity“ in my hometown Berlin. Let‘s start with a picture of the whole building so you know what we‘re looking at in the closeups that follow.

The Transformer Station
As a little bonus for the community that is hosting the contest i show you an extra big shadow contained in this establishing shot. Strangely the shadow resembles the shape of the building itself.

The Facade Closups
Enjoy how the facade is catching and reflecting the sunlight in those rectangular boxes starting with a straight on view of it.
Now let‘s change the viewing angle a little bit.
In the next photo i changed the viewing angle a bit more and now you can clearly see that the facade is not as flat as it appears in the first photo above.
