Winter is over, spring is here and most of the buds are already opening up and nature is stretching it's legs after a good sleep, but not very long ago everything was covered very nicely in snow and ice around here and i don't want to wait till next winter to show you some of it. Let me take you with me on one of my morning walks and have a little look back on winter for the monomad photo challenge and for you to enjoy.
March Bridge
Someone found a cosy place for camping here next to one of the many bridges in Berlin, the March Brücke, not named after the month, but after Ernst March (1798-1847), the founder of a ceramics factory in the area of the bridge.

A bit further up the river i found some hardcore duckies sleeping right on the ice sheets. At least they are safe from us humans over there.

Arriving home from one of my winter morning walks i found those fluffy bike seats in our backyard.
