One morning when i was sitting down by the River Spree enjoying the sunlight sparkling on the water surface i thought about how these sparkles might look like when shot with a long exposure and so i grabbed my phone and took this shot what should have been just a handheld long exposure test, but when i checked the result i was very surprised.
I was given a 🗡Sword of Light🗡 consisting of two types of reflections. On one hand there were the expected sun sparkles and on the other hand there appeared two different lens flares forming the hilt of the sword.
Since the old original movie about the Legend of King Arthur is one of my all time favorites i like to think of it as my very personal Excalibur.
Sorry to disappoint you, but there were no Lady of the Lake or Merlin around in that moment 😉 just some beautiful morning sun light.
