**HELLO HIVE** Hello friends welcome to my blog 😌 before i start this article i want to use this medium to greet some leaders in the community @vickoly, @hopestylist @burlarj and finally my friend @quduus1 i want to say a very big thanks for everything you have done and you will be doing in advance. Yes you will be determined and your focus on everything you are doing because yes you need to achieve what you have set. **Another reason to set goals is to develop a clear path for once growth**:- for me personally anytime i set a goal and I'm able to achieve it, it's definitely add to my growth and this as help me to achieve my aim and objectives so far. And this will be possible if I'm able to make good post everyday and comments on other peoples post. **HOW I PLAN TO ACHIEVE MY 50 FOLLOWERS** Presently I'm having 15 which means at the end of this program i must have 35 more. That means I'm ready to add anyone who is posting quality post and active on the platform and i will be adding 5 people in one week to make it 35 people in 7weeks. **HOW I PLAN TO ACHIEVE MY 530 ENGAGEMENT COMMENTS** Presently I'm having 230 that means i need more 300 comments in 7weeks so I'm planning to comments on any quality post in a week 43 comments and in a day 6 comments which will make me to achieve the 300 comment. **HOW I PLAN TO ACHIEVE MY CONSISTENCY** I have it in plan to reduce my chat in all social media and make good post everyday good day and at the same time comments on other peoples post by doing this everyday my consistency on this great platform will be good. **HOW DO I ACHIEVE MY 60 REPUTATIONS** This can only be don by up-votes that means i will make good quality post every good day together with original content meanwhile i won't stop interactions with others by doing this for good 7 weeks i know i will hit the jackpot to make 60 since I'm presently on 58. **HOW I PLAN TO ACHIEVE MY 3 REFERRAL** presently I've refer 3 people so I'm planning to refer another 3 people in 7weeks that means I will refer two people every 3 weeks and one person for for another week which makes it 3 more people in 7weeks. **SOME FACTORS THAT MIGHT HINDER ME TO ACHIEVE THESE GOALS** **MY WORK** I'm a busy man as i have alot i use to do every day , i do coaching that is I'm a fitness coach and also a Tae-kwon-do coach, also I've a shop where I'm doing my own personal work which is phone and laptop engineer both software and hardware and i sell them too so sometimes i do have lots of work but then not all the time. **POWER SUPPLY** as we all know that power supply is one major problem we are facing in Nigeria althou I've power bank but it's also dies of there's no light to charge it. These are the factors that can hinder me from achieving these goals I've set so far. **IN CONCLUSION** With this little ways I've laid down my goals, aims and objectives i hope and pray to achieve them all. I want to appreciate each and everyone for their time reading this post i hope you will enjoy reading it.
