Very efficient way in making an online store for FREE, the most efficient way. Through Woocomerce and Wordpress. Here is the setup.
I want to add an option to to MOOTENS.org to add a "shopping" option where users can view and checkout the services offered through MOOTENS productions.
We tried working with the native web store builder through Square:

...But too tedious to update their database. If you think Wordpress is slow...then these free marketplace sites you can cutomize through square are also very slow and a pain to update. I spent 2+ hours updating products, only to time out, not save, error messages, and very shitty looking.
Also, we don't want to redirect users from MOOTENS.org, we want users to stay on here because the content will be there, not on some third party random linked store.
It is still an option, but we are looking for efficiency.
We are running MOOTENS.org through Wordpress.
The plugin we tried is WOOCOMERCE.
WOOCOMERCE was highly recommended online. The problem is that the options offered through the FREE plugin is sparce and makes it unusable.
Most of the Wordpress plugins tease you about all this usability, and when you try to do something, you find out you have to pay for the PREMIUM option.
AND MOST OF THOSE FUCKING PLUGINS HAVE TO BE PAID FOR YEARLY OR MONTHLY.
The goal to create shopping section of MOOTENS.org WITH THE MOST EFFICIENCY.
Most efficiency does not include paying a monthly fee for a plugin for a service that can be done using some research online.

Overall pretty easy.
We tried to use the Woocomerce plugin without reading the documentation, and it was not intuitive to figure out. Documentation made it easy.

So I went to options and linked the MOOTENSproductions paypal account to the site... and fixed!
This is an efficient way to scale a product that is available to everyone*.
1 million products sold is > $1 million in profit!

Other steps are to include more products for sale. Digital products as well.
