If there are any Steemit NRL fans out there i would like to hear peoples thoughts on these matters. I love my league and while i support the Cowboys, I always seem to get invested in each team in some way... anyway...
Lets start with Mitchell Pearce...
On the brink of signing with Manly. Do you think he can be useful enough at Manly or is he starting to sag in his abilities? No doubt his experience will be helpful at Manly in a team that has struggled in the middle the last couple of years. But is he a game changer for Manly? For the Roosters, the signing of Cooper Cronk will truly be the best chance they have of getting the tropby this year. (Among other things obviously) but you would think Trent Robinson would be focusing on building most of the team plays around the number 7.
And now for Jarryd Hayne...
Where do I start... do you think that he deserves a contract with the Eels? He is out of form and in my opinion, not worth the money that is being thrown at him. The Eels were a strong side and hard to beat this year with the speed on the outside and great forward rucking power in the middle. Now a statement has been released saying he will be moving to Parramatta in 2018 and forfeiting his contract with the Titans. Selfish or opportunist? Most fingers point to selfishness.
