A short holiday by the sea in the off-season can be boring because of the lack of action. Lack of action mainly due to lack of tourists. A holiday resort, full of life and excitement during the summer season can be sad and still place in the off-season. Just the inhabitants of the place, each with their own life problems.
We arrived at the sea too early, due to too much longing for the beach and the waves of the sea. The too hot weather fooled me too. Once in the resort, after half a day of driving, I understood that I was among the first and few tourists. Of course, such a situation has its good sides. Like the quiet, the lack of crowds. Generally conducive to walking.
On a walk along a deserted beach, I noticed a man playing with his dog. The large, deserted beach was a very good place for dog fetch, i.e. throwing a ball for the dog to catch and bring to the owner.
I have long watched the dog running through the sand or into the seawater to catch and fetch the little ball. It was the only action in a place waiting for summer.
Of course, it wasn't just watching. It was also photographing. That's all I could do. I'm participating with this in the Action-themed contest, in the amateur tier.
