In an hourly time frame, Terra classic has broken out the resistance of the channel but could not start a rally so far. The first reason is that there is a very low volume.
And the major reason is that on a 4-hr time frame RSI is still under 50 level, and the previous history shows that whenever RSI on 4-hr crosses up this level then LUNC starts the bullish move, but unfortunately RSI could not continue the move up to overbought zone by far even after crossing the 50 levels.
