If any global 'spam watch' account is used and relevant accounts or shared large stake accounts by multiple parties - ALL activity of those accounts must be transparent.

Otherwise what is formed is a centralised cartel within decentralised infrastructure.

Admittedly anyone can do this anonymously - they can theoretically start a group outside of Hive and commit to one account and use their combined capital to have a larger say in 'acceptable' content.

However, when this 'group' is for the purpose of a 'community initiative' run as an open public service it MUST be an open book. How can we keep track of multiple users on single 'spam watch' accounts in order to limit abuse and limit the compromise of the core values of why we're here to begin with?

Solution: All users who use shared accounts must create a log whereby it is known who is using that account at any one time and who is downvoting/upvoting with it. Any actions taken by those accounts that isn't on the log as a registered user will be recorded as a security breach and keys changed immediately.

A separate login system for keeping track of multiple users on single 'community' accounts could be a solution. The actions and logins are then broadcast on their own account.

There must be compliance to complete transparency with community accounts.

Any failure to do this results in the slow degradation of Hive from a decentralised platform to a centralised platform.

There are no community service users on 'god mode' with special priveleges. (There shouldn't be).

Ultimately, as I have said before, my loyalty is with decentralisation not with Hive. I feel others here are of a like mind. If Hive fails to make the buck. Then Hive also must go.

For now, we can have good things if we take responsibility.
