I'll just share some data and you can write in the comments below how you interpret this information.
Maybe i'll add some questions you can ask yourself.

Just remember not everyone things like you and game play next month will really help educate the pricing... the only thing we can be certain of is that prices will not be the same by the end of the year... and perhaps nothing like they are now.

NOTE: BETA cards will have different XP so the number needed to max them will be different.

QUESTIONS TO ASK

Gold prices in the market are very evenly distributed for max cards as they double from common,rare to epics

1. Should regular foil card prices double like that?
2. Is a max common overpriced or are max rares and max epics underpriced?
3. Or do you think the rarity of the max common justifies the discrepancy?
4. What stat from above is the most interesting
5. Is it even fair to calculate golds based on max because so few people will max gold foil cards?
6. If you think a common card will do about as good in battle then should the value of the maxed card be about the same? What makes the card more valuable is that they take more or less to max.
7. What is the battle value of one rarity to the next? Are they 10% better or like 50% better from rarity to rarity?
8. Gold prices from rare to epic seem to show that people think epics are twice as powerful as rares... because max in those rarities are roughly the same.
9. How will the XP diferential between alpha and common change?
