It is not to become rich but never to become poor, while everyone is buying cheap furniture and the latest fad appliance we are buying up the silver and gold that you think is worthless.
Fiat still has a place in society and will for a few decades but do you wanna run the risk of not owning a cushion just in case everything goes to shit? Prices over the globe have already started to rise and money in the bank is only gaining 0.01% in average account which is less than inflation so your money is going backwards.
