Go to Hive-Engine.com - there you can change all token of the Hive "eco system" into Hive. And these Hive into all the big cryptos:

Then click on "Withdraw" (upper right in your hive-engine wallet), in the pop-up just say what you want to withdraw, the amount and the address of the wallet it should go to. Voilà :)
