Well I am a village born and grow up in the farm, sure I posses the skill but very little of theoretical knowledge. I do not like much reading and prefer hands-on for every task. We are quite on the opposite side😂.

It will be great to learn how to do some diy or two (but I don't trust YouTube from experience) very helpful but you can't do everything in life by yourself sometimes you have go bear with having other people do it for you.

Clearing the land will be an easy task for me.

Just get someone in need of tress, sell it off to them and it will be their task to process and do whatever they desire with it, knowing that they are expert I won't bother much. Once the bigger tress are out, other task becomes easier and less burdensome.
