Hello Steemians,
I been using steemit from last two weeks and posted several quality articles on different topics but none of them gets much famous as i was expecting. With my best friend advice i used upvote bots for initial head start too.
On the other side, I am running a YouTube channel and posted about 13 videos and gets amazing audience response in return. All because of YouTube explore feature.
I think steemit should definitely adopt that thing on their platform so that the new users become able to gain attention without spending much steem on bots and other services.
On steemit, When someone open any tag page, steemit it takes him to "trending" page where the posts who are already become much famous are shown. If the reader decide to explore other steemit parts by itself then he/she might open "Hot" page of particular tag but saddest thing is, NOBODY comes to see steemit "New" posts.
This become discouraging for new content writers and many leaves the steemit after two or three weeks. I believe that steemit team 
- Similar posts shown while user is reader other posts.
- A long wide rolling homepage like YouTube where different articles can be seen from many categories.
- Browsing features and explore tab for new content writers
- Same things should be applied on dTube too.
- Post views should be shown to at-least author.
So, What are your suggestions to improve steemit platform? Please must tell to community and developers in comments.
