  Create library.js and reuse functions

  Send Memo Bot was similar but in a separate repository:

  It was merged into Steemit-Follow-Bot here: https://github.com/AdamCox9/Steemit-Follow-Bot/blob/master/send_memo.js (The old repo will be deleted soon.)

New Features

• What feature(s) did you add?
  The follow_back.js script.

• How did you implement it/them?
  This script will un/follow any user that un/follows the current user each time it is run.
