Nothing like that yet, nope. I don't rent much for ranked, with what I own I can stay in silver 1 easily, actually my rating is close to Diamond 3 but I don't have the power. Plus some of the tournaments like Bronze Blunderbuss are cheaper to enter if you stay in silver so I'm kind of content to just farm where I'm at.

I actually rented out some of my cards for the first time ever yesterday. Had some extra power above silver but not enough for gold so figured it was worth looking into end of season when prices are high.

I could maybe do a rental guide based on which sets and cards are allowed for a given tournament if there was interest in that.
