I always love to see a good tier list and other players thoughts! Overall I don't have a lot I disagree with it and some of it would just be nitpicking. Nice job!

When it comes to the windseer, I agree the kit is confusing. I wanted Windseer to trade Reveal for Poison Burst with Phlegmungulus cause I think the Phlegm is pretty OP for 2 mana and it makes more sense for the legendary that you don't mind if it dies to get Poison Burst and the 2 mana rare to get the throwaway reveal ability but it wasn't meant to be.
