The other day the question raised on the Silverbloggers Discord about how to swap Hive and/or exchange HBD using an exchange. So i shared my way of doing that.
After my explanations i was asked to may put that into a blog for everyone to know. I'm sure there are already some how to's out there with much more details of folks with more knowledge... but hey, here i add mine!
(it's the little icon between the ☀️ and your username)
choose the token "swap.hive", put in the amount to withdraw, the withdrawal address (your hive username without the @ ) and click on the withdraw swap.hive button...
...(without waiting for three days) and then withdraw it to your hive account
Which is:
In YOUR HIVE WALLET you send the amount you want to swap, to the hive user address graphene-swap
Now click on the little trade icon...
(Ha, that's lots of sells... smirk)
If you want that on your hive account,
Tada! That's it for the withdrawal and/or trade of Hive and HBD. It's kind of similar on hive-engine.com, but since they work on a new interface and stuff, some say tribaldex.com is working smoother for now.
