We are selling our house in VT.
It's right in town, walking distance to grocery shopping, boutique shops. If you are Catholic, there's a Catholic church across the street. New siding and windows, the front porch is extended, and a large yard. Sidewalks and roads get plowed. Shady backyard, that large tree is a Norway Maple. Elementary school is great. High school is okay. Both have improved since I moved away (source: friends who have kids in those schools). Skiing is about 36-minute drive. The larger city (Rutland) is about a 30-minute drive south and has a Walmart.
For those of you who are into organics, there's a co-op we used to shop at all the time in Middlebury (25-minute drive North).
It looks better than it does in the pic, my brother did yard some maintenance for me. If you are interested, contact the realtor.
