In this video, I'd like to present to you my documentary project Puertopia about the rise of the Crypto Community in Puerto Rico. They claim to build the first city governed by the smart-contracts and operated on the cryptocurrencies. The community receives this idea with a grain of salty skepticism. The opinions are divided.
