There will always be theives and people trying to stop them. In the battle between these two factions we will have collateral damage and there needs to be a good way to resolve disputes without getting into flag wars.

They have to have a use case. I'm stacking a little HBD because it offers 20% interest on savings.

Many of these low value second layer tokens seem to have been abandoned or are still in development so it's difficult to see what is worth stacking?
