Thanks for your comments. I might write about my own experience with this phenomenon. I have to find the photos of the day it dawned on me that I had agency for my own life.

I didn't take the photo which was amazing but the moment was captured perfectly by my daughter.
It was only afterwards that I saw the photo and realised that that was the moment of my evolution.

Sounds mad when you think about it 😂👍
