Yep I got sent some Bitcoin in 2010 via email! 😂 How things have changed security wise.

I backed the hard drive up onto a 100 MB iomega zip drive that was a massive drive at the time.

I've still got the zip drive but no way to check as the needed cable interface is not supported on my laptop.

I don't know how many Bitcoin are on it but I often think of doing a work around. It wouldn't be to difficult.
