Congratulations on your 10 year odyssey. I was on tsu too lol. It's funny how so many of us ended up on here. I was thinking about this today. What happens if hive goes to zero? I think I'd probably spin

The iPhone is pretty good but there is little control over exposure and shutter speed at least on my iPhone 8+. I'm sorry to hear that you cannot hold your phone without difficulty. I don't think you need

Thanks @hivebuzz good to see what we are doing. We somehow forget the amount of time we spend on Hive lol

I've been to the Sahara to a place called el jem it was like an oven. The quad biking looks like fun and I suppose you get a bit of a breeze riding on a machine like that. The photos are super and that

It must be frustrating for you not to be able to use a smartphone but image wise a good camera beats any smartphone. Your photos are a great example. Chrisp and clearly focused. 👍 I'm usually disappointed

So glad you wrote this having just returned from a year off from blogging I decided to do some housekeeping and looked at my witness voting...horror! I've been going through them and did indeed find some

People may be reading differently rather than less. I noticed this when I was teaching way back in the 1990s. People were howling about the kids not reading but what i found teaching ICT is that kids read

The image doesn't render very well on here for some reason. It looks kinda unfocused. If you look closely you'll see my son is editing it in aftereffects or something.

Learning to read is the core skill everyone needs. With reading you can learn anything. Schools and colleges have been teaching the same tired old syllabus for donkeys years. I know I taught it. At least

My son got some great photos out in Bedfordshire. He's sitting in his garden waiting for the perseids tonight. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree. 😂👍

I thought I had a solar filter but it turned out to be a uv filter. There's another eclipse in Egypt next year?

I got to say it was a little bit exciting just getting setup for it. Even though I didn't get the shot it still a fun experience.

Well done Steve that's a great setup and you got great images. I had my dslr on a tripod ready to go but unfortunately I didn't have a solar filter plus by the time it happened the sun was obscured by

👆 I agree with your hopes. America is going through a dark time if the news is anything to go by? Propaganda is everywhere and it's hard to find the truth.

There's quite a lot of them around the world. I saw a golden version in a garden in Colmar but it was half obscured and I didn't fancy shooting over someone's garden wall lol

I think I may switch to ecency as I noticed that they support video uploading which is very useful.
