Waffle with blueberry and cream 馃+馃珢+馃崷| creative-sunday
Hello guys I am here again in this community after a week, throughout this week I was not able to post regularly I barely made a single post on Monday and I hope this week I will try to be regular and post frequently I am starting this week from my Sunday rather than Monday as we all know how much scary the day of Monday is, Just joking everyday is beautiful I think from the last 2 to 3 weeks I am continuously posting tiny drawings of fruit this time I was also ready to make a fruit drawing but then a decided why not to change my topic but it still remained a food illustration but it was not of a fruit it was of a dessert we love waffle 馃 to be honest I tried recreating a tiny drawing or illustration I found somewhere across the web I have also attatched the original source of the image below actually sometimes I use real time things as an object but this time I tried why not to recreate a drawing.
Procedure
Now let's get start with the procedure let's discuss each step of this drawing as it is rule of thumb.
- In the first step with the help of a lead pencil create the sketch of the drawing it is necessary to use a lead pencil as if you will use something permanent you might not be able to change the shape later.
- Now let's start the original work which is painting this tiny food drawing I started from the bottom to the upside for making the ruffle base colour it was quite tricky for me as I am a little colour blind but then I mix the equal amounts of red blue and yellow to create brown colour and then add 80% white colour to make light brown as a base colour of waffle.
![( - And for blueberries let me tell you a fact that this is just name blueberry well blueberries are not blue they are purple so far making there be a colour I used simple purple colour and as the cream is supposed to be white so I use poster white colour for that.
- Now let's give details and other shade to the figure for detailing and shading the waffle waffle I used dark brown colour and for high lighting the blueberries shadows I used dark purple colour well for highlighting the cream I firstly used pinkish white colour but then I said that it is not visible so I added A pinch of black in white to create light grey colour for that.
- You know what at this stage I was thinking that I am done actually I was a little busy so I was not able to gave much attention to this and I tried to make something simple and to be honest it is looking more beautiful at this stage what is your opinion but later I thought that why not to high light it with black pointer.
- Later I realised that out lining with black pointer this figure was not a good idea and the results were not quite fine I think I should have done at the stage of colouring it is simple but beautiful.
