Today I am posting this painting of a beautiful day picture based on a photo I found on Pinterest. This is a larger painting 22x15in. I chose to paint it large since I wanted to paint some nice sky and add some fine details in the background.
I made few changes to the composition moving some trees around and placing a small wooden house instead of the empty abandoned room in the pic.

Sketch:
Sketch is mainly the position of house and the main tree. There is a lot of sky in this painting so it had to be made something extra ordinary. I made some clouds for this purpose. Although the photo has some beautiful clouds I didn't go into detail of recreating it. Instead something similar was quicker option.
Next painted the grass starting with the yellow darkest tone and lightening it up till the horizon.
Next the house and the trees nearby
Final part is the water and reflection.
