This is my second painting of the day. It's based on this video by my friend who has this amazing homestay in Kasaragod.

I did a good work in my previous painting so wasn't keen to paint next one today but I just felt the rush for it... Sketch was done in the afternoon I missed to take a pic.. started with the background which is the water
Water has many colours... mainly Viridian and cobalt blue... little yellow ochre towards near shore and violet as it's shadow.. and some cobalt blue as reflection of sky.
And then the boat. Had to be careful to keep the paper white for reflected surfaces.
In boat's reflection, from left started with lemon yellow and sap breen.. goes to sap green with Prussian blue towards middle towards end it's sap green yellow ochre and last yellow ochre.
Finally finished the boatman.
