I know i have seen work from this artist before from the symbol at the bottom, the symbol may be Japanese kanji though i am not knowledgable on these things, the sticker itself shows a forest of what looks to be Birch tree's, i'm not sure of the technique used to make the sticker but it looks to be a printing press of some sort.
