This sticker was located outside of Nike Town on Oxford Circus, London, and when i first saw the sticker i thought it was an official sticker from Adidas but after looking up the person pictured here it was obvious that it wasn't, i also looked up the words "Drogato Di Zenzero" which is Italian and translates to Ginger Addict these words also led me to an Instagram page and it appears that this is a clothing label go figure.
