This piece is an homage to Robbo and was done by one of my favourite artists by the name of Tizer, Robbo was a well known writer who was famous for feuding with Banksy who we have probably all heard of, pictures can be found online of the two "taking each other out" (a graffiti term for going over someone) in various locations across England.
