I coudn't remember where i knew this character from at first and it then later dawned on me that it is a character from the cartoon Wacky Races and it was only when i had a closer look that i realised who the artist of this sticker was, that artist is DFace and i can tell this from the wings coming out of the hat which is something that all of DFace's work has.
