This sticker is from an artist who i have featured a few times now and goes by the name Patrick Shmidt and this particular sticker comes with a message which is ACAB which is an acronym for All Cops Are Bastards, perhaps this artist has had some bad experiences with the police which makes them say this which is common amongst guerrilla/graffiti artists.
