I recognise this character as Betty Boop which in itself is quite amazing because this character was first made in the 1930's so has really stood the test of time, after looking up the Instagram handle i discovered that this sticker is the work of a tatto artist and a very good one at that, i don't have any tattoos myself and don't plan on getting any but i do hope this advertisement generated some extra business for them.
