"Kaffir lime fruit" for some people of Indonesia, would have been very familiar with kaffir lime fruit. This fruit has a slightly different appearance with other types of citrus fruits. Kaffir lime has a coarse texture and looks bumpy. In addition, the shape of the fruit was mostly more like a cone. Kaffir lime also has a different taste from other citrus fruit juice, so the fruit that has dark green skin is not very suitable if consumed directly.
