If you haven't seen this brilliantly produced masterpiece, then my friend you are definitely missing out on a really good movie.
Knowing that the year 2021 didn't have that much fiction comic-based move like the previous years, here are my 2021 favorite movies.
The Suicide Squad.
A true masterpiece by the well-known James Gun, showcasing fun, action, craziness, violence, and humor at its best.
The movie centers around a group of super-powered people who have been tagged as a danger to the community and therefore, are now under the custody of the government's secret agency A.R.G.U.S.
But instead of keeping these harmful individuals under lock and key, the head of the agency Amanda waller, decided that it would be a better idea to implant tiny explosives into their skulls and send them on dangerous missions that could not be carried out by her team, and if the inmate/criminal/ dangerous individual refuse to move forward with the mission or try to escape, the tiny bomb in their head gets activated and blows their head clean off their body.
The movie focuses on the characters/the inmates chosen for a mission. Showing how they're very diverse, despite having similar backstory. It shows how dysfunctional they are as a team but still work together to complete their mission, taking risks that no one in their right mind would..but ultimately completing the mission no matter the cost.
Along with teamwork, it shows a series of hilarious and awkward scenes with the king shark and the peacemaker respectively, with a lot of building destruction and a very easy to understand backstory, and also some VFX and a seemingly cool gun violence ( not that I support gun violence but it is cool)
Suicide Squad has it all, even a spin-off series titled "Peacemaker", centered around the John Cena character peacemaker.

Now why do I like this movie , it's partly because of the casting and mostly because of KING SHARK , he is a total riot!! See for yourself..
Spiderman (No way Home)
This movie itself needs no introduction, as it is one of the top-grossing movies of 2021, making roughly over a billion worldwide.
I'm sure everyone in this current century, is familiar with the story of Peter Parker a.k.a Spiderman, originally made popular by the fan loved Tobey Maguire, before transferring the role to Andrew Garfield and finally Tom Holland.
This spiderman man, in particular, had the most epic nostalgia moment of all time as it featured not one or two but three of them ( the three spidermen). For something that seemed next to impossible, they pulled it off quite nicely.
What makes this movie special, is that it served as a call back to the old times when I enjoyed spiderman movies with every passion in me.
Not the best spiderman movie but, it's good enough to be 2021 best.
