Had to, uh, pick up a new issue of Deathmate for the collection:

The original comic shop price sticker on it (from July 13th, 1995) was $38. I got it out of a clearance bin for $1, and am well aware I overpaid. The shame and disgrace of purchasing this and putting it in the box with the rest of my Deathmate collection drove me underground for two months before I felt clear to show my face around here again.

No, in all seriousness, I had to take a break for a little while. I've got some projects outside Hive that I'm working on, and I'm pushing towards that "One day I'll be a real writer!" life goal. :)
