This is Waterside beach looking towards Martin Head. We have the highest tides in the world here, low tide can be almost a miles walk out here. Very few people frequent it and we can often let our dog or dogs run free. Its also a fantastic kiting location, a land yacht dream. There also was once a wharf and lighthouse where the house sits.

This sunset was on another local beach called Mary's point, it too is also strangely empty. In Late July and most of August hundreds of thousands of Sand pipers fly here from South America.
