I think you can actually brush TOO MUCH you know? You can wear down the enamel. I was anti-electric for ages thinking they were too soft until I learnt more and now I'm anti-traditional brush haha.

But I also only brush my teeth like...45 seconds twice a day so what the hell do I know XD
