I reckon even if you only have a feeling that such emphasis is a thing, then it must be after all!

I guess I hear it in conversation if I think about it now... I suppose I'm just not at the level that I ever tried. Like a guitarist who can play a song according to the notes, but not the nuance and feel that makes a piece sound genuinely 'good'.
