I started off calorie counting for a bit until I figured out all the hidden calories. It was really enlightening. Like, a teaspoon of cooking oil is a billion calories. Cheese too. So I adapted accordingly

Exercise can make you hungry though! Even gaining muscle only makes a very slight difference by burning slightly more calories. Best to just do nothing so you don't crave so much haha. Good excuse to be

Ironically the maximum 161 isn't even from exercise. I was going for a walk and my heart randomly freaked out for about 10 minutes. I'll just ignore that.

Doesn't look like much, but my average heart rate has dropped 4bpm over 6 months. Average sleeping rate has down from 61bpm-->53bpm, and the lowest rate through each night has gone from about 61bpm

Last Summer's Bench Press started at 8kg. January, 43kg Today, 68kg In January, my weight = 98kg Today, 92kg So, I've gained about 5kg of muscle mass, while on a calorie deficit and not really drowning
